We offer door to door service so your items will not be doubled handled with same day or next day delivery. As a matter of reference, fox relocations uses both direct transit system and backloading system.
The Direct transit of your goods via a single truck is dependant on the size, load and availability of the trucks. Contact us and speak to our interstate staff to help aid your interstate removal.
Backloading is simply the process of consolidating a number of shipments together on one single large haulage trip, the benefits enable fox to provide you with very competitive rates.

By choosing to use the Direct Transit premium service you will have your own truck for your personal items. If you are fixed on a time and date due to settlement or any other commitments, the Direct Transit service would be your best option.

Back Loading is the best option for the client who is looking for cost effectiveness. Back Loading depends on your availabilities, if you are flexible with time and dates back loading is right for you. For direct transit moves we only require one week notice but with the Back loading services we do require 28 days notice.

With fox, we include door to door delivery and insurance (transit and public liability insurance) for your contents up to $50,000 during a move.
Transit insurance means your contents are covered while the truck is in transit for tire and collision. We do recommend that you take out full foxrelocations insurance.
We hold Public Liability and Transit Insurance up to $50,000 as standard during your move. We also offer an exclusive optional Bubble Wrap insurance which is available for purchase. Public Liability covers you for building damage.

Interstate foxrelocations – Packing Tips
In all interstate moves, it is very important that customers pack and wrap everything carefully. Double wrapping of items like picture frames, lamps and any fragile items are highly recommended. Ideally, all other consumers and or personal items are boxed. This is very important as loose items packed into the back of the truck may skirt around in transport and get damaged.
Beds, should be wrapped with plastic. Plastic covers are available for your store. Larger furnishings, like fridges, cabinets, couches, etc, will be wrapped in blankets by our staff; so you won‘t need to worry about them.
