Queen Victoria Building (QVB) is a historic building in Sydney, NSW. It was built in 1893 to commemorate the Queen’s long reign. The architect of this Victorian styled building was George McRae and it remains one of the best examples of 19th century architecture in Australia.
The QVB has been well preserved as you can see from its original facade that still stands today with its arches, pillars and pediment above the ground floor entrance.
