Moore Park is a neighborhood in Randwick, NSW. It was named after George Moore, who had lived there and owned land there. The park in the area is called Moore Park and it has been home to some of Australia’s largest events such as Vivid 2016 which featured light installations by artists like Yayoi Kusama or Olafur Eliasson.

Moore Park has some beautiful green space. The Dell Reserve is a favourite spot for locals and visitors. It’s on the other side of Parramatta Road, so it offers some respite from traffic noise (don’t worry – there are plenty of trees).
